Welding Turning Rollers are auxiliary machines which can combine with welding manipulator for turning the tank to the right position while welding. The machine is mainly used for petrochemical industry and boiler industry. To suit for different types of tank / pressure vessel, FMC offer various solutions---self adjusting turning roller, adjustable turning roller, anti-sliding turning roller, etc… The turning roller is composed of roller base, roller, anti-sliding rubber, motor & reducer, AC transducer, LCD monitor, etc… FMC also provide tailor made turning rollers (Max. capacity: 500 tons) according to the users required capacity.
