Product Description

The fresh biscuits coming from the oven after passing the stripper unit are made to pass through cooling conveyor to make them ready for stacking and packing. The biscuits are cooled under ambient temperature without any forced air circulation or refrigeration. Transfer system of two tier conveyors is used so that biscuits are reversed and both sides cooling is possible.

Features:

• Configuration is designed to suit available space. Generally length of cooling conveyor is of 1.5 times of the oven length.
• Space saving two, four or six tier type with facility to use any number of tiers to change cooling times according to products
• Natural biscuit cooling system /conveyor for cooling all types of biscuits (considered the most economical and ideal way for handing finished biscuits. Both sides cooling of product due to change in direction during transfer of biscuits between tiers
