tripper unit/conveyer receives the hot baked biscuits from the oven and delivers it to the oil spray machine or the cooling conveyor. This machine is installed immediately after the baking oven. The rejected biscuits after the baking are also lifted at this unit only. This unit is fitted with cotton canvas web suitable to the plant width. The web is driven by twin rollers.
