Filling Fuel Filter Indicator How it works The indicator monitors the suction side fuel filter on diesel engines. The yellow position indicator moves up in the window and locks at the highest restriction. The fuel filter should be changed when the indicator reaches the red zone. Mounting T Fittings SAE # 6 flared 3/8" ID SAE # 8 flared 1/2" ID SAE # 10 flared 5/8" ID.
