A Round Shell Furnace rotates on the friction and guide rollers are called as ‘ROTARY FURNACE. The complete body is tilted by means of Hydraulic called as TILTING TYPE ROTRY FURNACE. This furnace is lined with Refractory and Insulation brick/Monolithic Lining, to hold the liquid metal to a temperature of 1300¿C. This furnace lining by bricks is formed with extra locks mechanically to ensure the lining the tightness.
