Our furnaces are designed for skin temperature of 65¿C (Maximum). A Round Shell Furnace rotates on the friction and guide rollers are called as ‘ROTARY FURNACE. This furnace is lined with Refractory and Insulation brick/Monolithic Lining, to hold the liquid metal to a temperature of 1300¿C. This furnace lining by bricks is formed with extra locks mechanically to ensure the lining the tightness.
