Noida Fabcon Machines P Ltd offers Meal Mixer/ Blender, its purpose is to mix various ingredients & then supply the grits to the extruder through use of inbuilt screw. Its all parts are constructed with SS-304. It has screw type/ vertical auger design fitted with easy view window made in unbreakable acrylic sheet. It consists of 3hp electric motor, separate moisture chamber (manually controlled) for moisture control through water/ oil mixing. Installed and used imported self aligning bearings in proper bearing housing. We make design according to customer requirement but an idea for specification of a mixer is given. The vertical mixer is suitable for mixing grits sized raw materials and water to approximately 20% moisture. Its capacity is 550 ltr and charge approx. 350 kg. Its mixing time is approx. 5 minutes. Suitable raw material size is 400 to 1000 ______. It is available with some optional features, as you need, as following : 1. Outlet shape-Round or Rectangular 2. Coating-Teflon coating inside the mixer 3. Inbuilt/ attached screw conveyor for product discharge & feed to extruder hopper. 4. Finishing-matt finish #4, mirror polish & GBB. Its main features are easy cleaning through window at bottom & lid on top. For the cleaning of screw there is door in center, material inlet point at convenient height & capacity can be designed as per customer requirement. The inspection door and inlet hopper on the lattice inlet are equipped with safety switches. It is mainly used in snacks line (kurkure, puffs, cheeseballs etc.) for mixing the raw material. The main advantage is to low on installation & maintenance cost, easy to clean and low power consumption.
