Product Description
Noida Fabcon Machines P. Ltd. Offers Flavor Dosing (slurry based), which is also called seasoning system. Its main purpose is to flavor preparation and coating. It is online flavoring system means it is used for online continuous type operation.
Used in slurry preparation, for extruded products like “Kurkure” also and for post flavor inspection conveyor for cooling, soaking & inspection. Its dosing system is screw & vibratory type, to suit the product and nature of seasoning. Its accurate flavor dosing & coating provide better end product.
It consists of stainless steel 304 grade material. The system is suitable for flavoring about 500 kgs/ hr of extruded snacks like kurkure etc. It is available with PLC based system (optional) for high accuracy of flavoring, control panel with speed control and real time analysis.
It is used in food industry for flavoring the item, mainly in snacks line like kurkure, puffs, cheese balls etc.
Its main features include minimize product breakage, uniform coverage of seasoning, easy to clean, fast recipe change and accurate in process. Its main benefit is to use easily and maintain with low running cost.
