According to the demands of supercharging places where need lesser compressed gas, we developed these series minitype vertical pressurization compressors. These series products are vertical, two ranks structure, water cooled, non-lubrication of cylinder and reciprocating piston compressors. Gas quantity and inlet (outlet) pressure is flexible, so they can be widely used. Displacement (counted under the suction condition): 0.1-6m3/min, the highest inlet pressure can be 2.1MPa and outlet pressure can be 5.0MPa. The structure is compact and only covered with small area, it is simple to operate and maintenance and being convenient for installation. The seal parts for piston and stuffing adopted advanced self-lubricating material. Because of the cylinder without oil, the clean compressed air can be obtained. It is vertical compressor, the weight of piston can not directly depend on guiding rings, and there is special material for every kind of gas. So compared with other kinds of compressors, the worn easily parts are longevity. It owes the advantages of good dynamic balance, small vibration and noise, smooth, stable, safe, reliable and economic operating. Technical performance is advanced and has already reached the international leading level. They are applicable to various medium, and various industries need to increase the gas pressure.
