Product Description
Bottling compressors are series bottling products that developed by our company. These series of compressors are unit form. The largest displacement: 3m3 /min, and the highest pressure: 16.5 MPa. There are many structures such as 3 ranks 3-stage, 3 ranks 5-stage, 2 ranks 4-stage and so on, all of these are vertical, single action, water cooled, non-lubrication and without water in cylinder, reciprocating piston compressors. Every stage coolers, motor and bare compressor are installed in the same chassis, which is convenient for installation. High pressure stage coolers are coil-type, putting them into the water tank of frame and single water tank on chassis respectively. Cooling water can be recycled and have good cooling effect, also its convenient to check seal condition directly and for operation and maintenance. Low pressure stage coolers are hanging at inlet and outlet vent of cylinder. The structure is compact and only covered with small area, meanwhile, the original piston and packing seal are advanced self-lubricating materials. Because cylinder doesnt need to infuse oil and distilled water, clean compressed gas can be obtained. The worn easily parts are longevity. Cylinder stuffing unit have the main and auxiliary packing, which can ensure the purity of gas when filling with gas between main and auxiliary packing. Also it owes the advantages of good dynamic balance, small vibration and noise, smooth, stable, safe, reliable and economic operating. Technical performance is advanced and has already reached the international advanced level. Now this kind of compressors mainly applied to oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen bottling industry, also they are suitable for air separation, medical, chemical industries etc.
