We have set up a new factory with state-of-the-art machinery to manufacture Pickled Gherkins and other vegetables. The factory was commissioned few months ago and we are currently processing pickled Gherkins for the season between June to December 2008. The capacity of our factory is to pickle 3 FCLs of jars per day. We are also packing Gherkins in bulk packing of 220-260 litres in HDPE barrels. We are packing Gherkins in Brine, Acetic Acid and Vinegar as per customers requirements
