The Tamarind Concentrate offered by us is 100% natural extract from the Tamarind Fruit. It is a water extract and we concentrate it to a paste-like consistency of minimum 65 degree brix. It is free from additives and preservatives, fibre, seed and impurities. Tamarind has natural Tartaric Acid inherent in the Fruit which acts as a preservative. It has a shelf life of minimum two years under ambient temperature Since it is natural, and a souring agent, it is used extensively in the manufacture of beverages, sauces, tobacco flavouring, etc. Infact, many of our exporters in Europe and Australia are using our product as a flavour ingredient. Many of our customers in Middle-East and Far East are making beverages with our products.
