Elbow making machine could manufacture the elbows ranging from 1/2" to 24", the thickness range is from Sch10s to Sch80s. The processing materials could be stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, nickel alloy, etc. The raw material pipes could be welded or seamless. The machine has the following three main features; 1. It is constructed with strong metal frame with good appearance and stable functioning. 2. It has individual power construction and electrical system, adopts PLC button centralized-control, which can be conveniently adjusted and operated both manually and automatically. 3. The demoulding and depoling devices are good features of our forming machines, which make the mould changed easily. This model YLT100B could manufacture the elbows ranging from 1/2" to 4", with the maximum thickness up to Sch160, the processing materials could be stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, nickel alloy, etc.
