Boasting an annual production capacity of 6000 tons, our plant is capable of production PP, PS, ABS, SAN, PC, PA, PET, PVC, EVA, TPU-enriched masterbatches as well as the PE masterbatch thanks to its versatile technology. Our plant hosts the production of 4 basic groups, namely Black, White, Colour and Additive Masterbatches. Key aspects of Masterbatch production are high-quality input, uniform mixture and proper dispersion. Adopting these factors as its key production policy, the company runs its production processes through approved suppliers, highly-experienced staff as aided by double-screw extruders. Furthermore, thanks to the sophisticated technology in its extensive equipment pool, our company is capable of production micro-granulated masterbatches particularly for PVC applications.
