Manoeuvre system for mobile wheel house is designed to outfit the existing 2x840 CP river pushers in order to adapt them according to MLPTL Instruction, no 595/2003. The equipment is controlled by an electric power source, being able to work in any ordinary ship working conditions. The installation is designed so that it can lift by 1.5 times the equipments mass completely equipped and with men on board. Manoeuvre system for mobile wheel house is designed in order not to affect people security on board. The main components are: support, main arm, synchronization bar, bracket, hydraulic cylinder, pump unit, blocking mechanism, stair, hydraulic installation and electric installation. Lifting capacity: 3000 kg (completely equipped and with men on board) Electric engine power: 7,5 kW for 1500 rpm Power supply : - 3x380 V/50 Hz for electric engine - 24 V c.c. for hydraulic valves Automatic acoustic alarm during lowering maneouvre: aprox. 100 dB for 1 m distance Maneouvre time (lifting / lowering) 6
