SunLine 90 is a cutting and gouging purpose electrode suitable for operating in all positions in AC/DC(+). The smooth operating characteristics with forceful arc ensures perfect cut edges and smooth surface finish. The forceful arc blow helps the molten metal is removed from the job. Recommended for removing runners and risers in casting. Applications:Smooth and effective for all types steels such as mild steels, steel castings, carbon steels, foundry castings, stainless steels, high tensile steels. Removal of defective parts of the Castings, preparation of edges, bevelling are other uses of this electrode.
