We offer stationary concrete batching plants (SP) which is designed for ready-mix producers, precast manufacturers and special applications. Standard models furnished with Twin Shaft Mixers from 1.0 m3 up to 3.0 m3 compacted output per batch.
We offer these plants in various capacities ranging from 23m3 to 24m3 per hour of compacted concrete output. We have designed it to deliver superior operations under sever conditions. Stationary Concrete Batching Plants are available for dam construction and precast manufacturers. It has perfect design which can adopt Ice dosing, Microsilica dosing and some special additives with no trouble.
Ultimate modular design is flexible to adapt to site conditions and add-on features as per project requirements. Specially cast wear resistant parts keep maintenance time and cost at a very low level.
