Initially, the vibrator will start setting the material properly and again the feeder will level up and then hydraulic will work 3 to 4 times and it will be ready for taking out the blocks. The entire process will take about 45 to 50 sec. The block is ready and it will come to the down conveyor. When the down conveyor gear box starts working, the blocks will come to end of the down conveyor and then can take the block by hand or by forklift et. (Mixer Machine 3 Hp, 17 ft Conveyor Gear Box attached 2 HP, Motor Hydraulic - 5 HP - 1440 RPM and 2 Nos, Double Vibrator each 1.5 HP - 2280 RPM and 1 No 1 HP Gear Box Drive - 1440 RPM for down conveyor system).
