This involves plot assessment, plant layout, structural & equipment design as well as complete design and execution of civil and electrical works. The turnkey concept is primarily useful to commercial ready-mix concrete operations. An integrated system study is carried out to consider parameters like traffic movement, logistics, topography and operational ease. The customer is benefited by the time bound turnkey installations and also avoids additional project specific infrastructure. Aquarius has many such projects on hand including ACC Holcim, etc.
