Chhotey Lal Halwai was founded by late sh. Chidda Lal (My father). He was famous for halwai food preparation. In the middle of 1980.Chhotey Lal has started chat pakodi gole gappa dal chila tikki kulfi etc. and we have awarded by the Times of India best chaat in 2003 and Outlook Magazine in January 2008.
