Momentives pyrolytic boron nitride (PBN) heaters and electrostatic chucks (e-chucks) combine the unique electrical, chemical, and thermal properties of PBN, a dielectric material, and pyrolytic graphite (PG), an electrical conductor, to produce a truly advanced system.
