Situated besides the Sandesh Newspaper in Surat city India, B-TEX engineering specializes in design and manufacture of the testing instruments and technology. Founded in 2004, B-TEX Engineering for Testing Instruments is an instrument technology enterprise which is integrated of R&D, design, manufacture and marketing.

With constant efforts over the years the company has seen a good development and has occupied most of the domestic market in the testing machine industry and has won popularity throughout the country. It’s a Surat based manufacturing plant with 4000 square meters manufacturing cum assembling department and 5 units for outsourcing as per international guidelines of product manufacturing requirements.

The company has an intelligent team and a man power of 30 distributed as 2 technicians for the measurement and quality inspection each, 2 R&D engineers, 4 employs for foreign – trade and 2 for marketing and more than 4 after sales service technicians. Others form the team at the manufacturing facilities.

1) The Textile Testing Machines for Yarn, Fiber, Fabric, Garment, Testing, etc. Related Weaving, Yarn Preparatory, Fabric processing, Garment Testing, Technical Textile Testing and Other Related.                                                                                                        

2) The Paper Testing Instruments Series contains wood Pulp, Papers, Printing and Boards, Related Process and other Quality Testing Products.

3) The Plastic Instrument Series Contains a Large Number of products like Piping, Sheets, Films, Furniture, Threads, Tapes, etc. Process, Strength, Force, Pressure and Other Testing related Instruments.                                                   

            4) The Rubber testing Instrument Series Contains Foam, Sponge, Rubbers, etc Related process, Manufacture Used for Strength, Durability.

5) Medical Instrument development & manufacturing is Under Development and will be launched shortly.

    Universal tensile testing machines, environment testing series E.G Salt Spry test chambers, constant temperature and moisture testing chambers, aging testing chambers, Sunlight color fastness testers, cold and hot shock testing chambers.

Precision, electro thermal blowing dry boxes, water fast testing boxes, ozone resistance testing chambers, high and low temperature and humidity alternate testing chambers. And other testers in laboratories with a variety of products that cover over 200 instruments of more than 40 industries it is one of the huge Indian enterprise that can produce series of testing machines.

BTEX is one of the few enterprises that can procure testing machine according to the particular requirements of the customers. The size of constant environmental testing chamber’s capacity and precision for the tensile testing machine’s strength can also be ordered as per the requirement.

Tensile testing machine’s strength ranges are 0.1 gm / 300gm, 1gm / 10Kg, 10gm / 40 Kg and 100gm / 1 ton.

Substantial progress in the software and the hardware aspect of the products has resulted into commendable precision that we have achieved through our contract based association with companies expert in 3D application design such as AutoCAD solid works software.

The company already has a quality management system as per ISO 9001:2008 and CE followed reliable products development process and strict quality monitoring system relaying on the regular guidance of the third party experts and counselors from the laboratories, universities and institutions.

Experiments held at company use good raw material components and parts from the qualified suppliers for strict entering inspection and signed (quality Guarantee Contract) by the suppliers of key components and parts to make sure the products have a good quality since the beginning.

During the production every process undergoes a strict inspection and before the products leave the factory it is checked by our lab technicians.

The Calibration certificate produced for each of the instrument is followed strictly and can be traced with the National Physical laboratory, Delhi.

Design and development of our products is conducted as per the standards and requirements of the measuring instruments.

Company considers providing high grade quality product with easy operations and self calibration system manual with self repairing guide to minimize after-sale service and related customer harassment. All instruments come with a One year warranty against any manufacturing defects and in case of an unsolved matter an unconditional replacement is provided. Replacements can also be availed for the spare parts for up to 10 years from the date of the invoice.
