Our High Speed Fully Automatic Servo Driven Bottom Cutting & Sealing Machine is capable of making LD/LLDP/HM-HDPE/PP bags from Plain as well as Printed films. The machine has less number of moving parts compared to conventional machines. The Photo-cell fitted on machine for sensing the print mark of printed film is very sensitive and capable of detecting very low contrast in colour. Response time of this photo-cell is so low that there is practically no more difference between the speed of the machine for the plain film and printed film. The new film indexing arrangement has a microprocessor which controls draw length to the required size and all sealing parameters. Draw length can be set easily from the panel by feeding the required data. This new feature registers the film in the required draw length.
