POS system for automation of petrol stations Our company "TECHNOTRADE LTD" manufactures all range of equipment for automation of petrol stations and petroleum storage depots. NaftaPOS software provides: Remote control over up to 32 fuel dispensers through pulse interface or through dispensers' exchange protocols. Visual control over a current state of dispensers and process of fuel dispensing through all dispensers in real time. 3 modes of control over fuel dispensing: automated dispensing of fuel in the mode of preliminary payment in liters/galons or on the integer number of currency units, start-stop mode and in mode "up to a full tank". Switching on and blocking of any dispensers and also immediate blocking of all dispensers simultaneously in case of emergency. Sales of retail products and accompanying goods (services) together with sales of fuel in the same POS software. Sales of fuel, retail products and accompanying goods (services) using various forms of payment: by cash and cashless settlements (on paysheets, smart-cards, etc) with automatic print-out of a receipt. Possibility to browse through a journal of sales and search for sales using various filters. Visual control over remains of fuel in reservoirs (tanks), reception of this information automatically in case of using ATG fuel level meters (NaftaPOS provides operation with various ATG fuel level meters, including our system Struna) or manually. Reception of fuel in tanks and technological dispensing of fuel (calibration). In case of working together with ATG fuel level meters provides automatic calibration of storage tanks, recognition of deliveries, leakage detection, inventory reconciliation, temperature compensation, revaluation of fuel volume to fuel mass. Calculation of the residual of petroleum products in tanks with sending of the preventive, precautionary messages to an operator at achievement of a critical level. Complex account of movement of petroleum products and accompanying goods at the petrol station and automatic formation of various reports. Formation and print-out of reports about realization of petroleum products and retail products on a printer. Possibility to create new types reports using Reports generator. Possibility to organize discount-bonus systems on the basis of smart-cards with flexible adjustments to manage it. It means that our software provides possibility to issue company proprietary smart-cards for clients, which can store information about the purchased by a client amount of fuel and can be refilled (please read more details here). other features NaftaPOS software is supplied together with our POS system. Control over pumps can be made either through API, or through our PTS controller over fuel dispensers.
