Solubility: Very soluble in ethanol (95%) and in ether; very slightly soluble in water. Freely soluble in volatile oils and in fixed oils. It dissolves in dilute solutions of alkali hydroxides.
Storage: Store in tightly-closed, light-resistant containers.
