Once the packed container have been closed, the clay desiccant packs begins it's work by controls the humidity inside the container, continuously absorbing the moisture from the enclosed air space within the container. maxsorb clay desiccant is designed to hold the moisture and not release it back into the container's air space,. as the humidity inside the container is kept continuously low, the air becomes so dry as to prevent condensation from forming at low temperature. Clay Desiccant will continue to absorb the moisture until it has gained 40% of its own weight in moisture.
