Salient Features of Fläktwoods make Heat Recovery Wheels:- Our HRW are manufactures in FläktWoods Sweden and are EUROVENT certified. Our Heat Recovery Wheels does not have Dessicant ( Silica Gel) as the coating on the AL fins which has a high affinity towards moisture and corrodes after a period of time. Our HRW are instead dip into a chemical solution where in we allow the AL to have a limited corrosion for a set time. During the process the AL gets oxidised and gets a corrugated shape to give it a shape of a Honey comb. When the moist air passes through the small chutes of the HRW water molecule being heavier, gets deposited into the cavity due to the capillary action. Our Sensible and Latent heat recovery are not equal. We guarantee for the performance of the HRW at par even after a period of time. The only maintenance is to clean the wheels with water.
