Using hot melt adhesive is for slight coating, and to prevent skid and fixed yarn. Its major application is indoor carpets, rugs, and bathroom anti-slip mats. The instruction described as follows: -Upper roller coated with adhesive: Adhesive is placed between two roller wheels, and it use Hot Melt Machine to melt adhesive. Front roller wheel controls coating thickness, and the rear roller is the coating wheel. -Down roller coated with adhesive: Adhesive is placed below the roller wheel, and it use the melting tank behind the roller to melt adhesive. Coating thickness is controlled by the scraper, and the rear roller is the coating wheel. The function of upper roller is only for press the wheel.
