Outline of acrylic impact modifier(AIM),type: HL-750 HELITM HL-750 developed by our R&D Center is acrylic impact modifier with a core-shell structure. Its basic function is to improve the impact-strength of PVC products to meet the requirement of engineering plastics as well as increase the heat and light stability of PVC products. Comparing with CPE,the glass temperature of AIM HL-750 is much lower than that of CPE,so the low temperature impact performance of PVC products modified by HL-750 is evidently improved than that filled with CPE. products advantages: 1.Excellent impact strength under low-temperature conditions 2. Excellent long-term weather-resistance and color-retention 3. Ensuring the stability of size of the finished products 4. Less dosage,higher efficiency and reducing the out of grade products 5. excellent surface-gloss application field: as PVC impact modifier,HL-750 is mainly used to produce PVC opaque products,like PVC profile,PVC pipe,PVC pipe fitting and PVC sheet etc. recommendation usage:4-6phr per 100phr PVC resin. packing:20kg or 25kg/bag PP Valve bag with PE liner. Remarks:HL-750 is equivalent to FM-50 from Kaneka.
