We are having our Export and custom clearance company since 2007. Which deals in Fabric market. We have started our new Pillow manufacturing unit as Saumya Furnishing Pvt. Ltd in October 2010 in Mumbai, & I am the director of Saumya Furnishing Pvt. Ltd We are manufacturer of designer pillows. We want to capture Indian pillow, curtains and bed sheets Market. Now we have decided to start with decorative pillows. We are ready with samples. Pillows which are manufactured by us are small in size like 12X12 inches or 18X 12 inches etc. But we can do production as per customers demand and choice. We are using satin, terry cotton and cotton material to cover the pillow Foam which we are using is having three years manufacturers guarantee without wash. We are also using PVC sheets instate of foam which is of 40% density. Pillow cost range is Rs.110/- to Rs. 500/- (for export market 3 usd to 10 usd )per pillow depends on material and quality. Note: This cost does not include transportation form Mumbai to Delhi or some other place. As we have targeted Higher Middle class and High class society above prices and quality has decided.
