The ER-1000 is a simple hand held Oxidation-Reduction Potential (ORP) or Redox Potential. The quality of an aqueous solution can be analyzed using an ORP meter which measures the tendency of a solution to gain or lose electrons when subjected to a new solution. The ER-1000 provides easy measurement of the redox potential ranging from -1999mV ~ +1999mV with an accuracy of ±(0.8% +1d). A Hold button will freeze the display to give the user enough time to record the reading. The meter has a large view LCD display that shows measured values at a resolution of 1mV.
