We manufacture Auto Edge Trimming System in which, crush cutter and sensor is guided at single assembly in the reference of laminated material to have the uniform trimming. The sensor cutters are mounted on tracker mechanism incorporates with liner bearing to ensure smooth guiding. The sensor senses the edge of laminated material and indicates error signal to the controller. Controller provides propositional indication to electromechanical actuator & directs the tracker mechanism proportion to error indication. The process consequences in uniform trimming of laminated material all through the job.
