DPH-151 Ultrafiltration Membrane-Special Antiscalant is a special scale inhibition. As the major antiscale used in membrane industry, it is of high-performance scale inhibition. It can avoid the hardness as well as iron oxide precipitation especially when used in high-quality scaling salt water, such as metal oxide, carbonate, sulfate salts,etc. It is widely used in hard alkaline water, high-saline water, drinking water technology and other fields. Product Characteristics: 1. It can effectively control Inorganic fouling, such as Calcium carbonate, Calcium sulfate, barium sulfate, strontium sulfate, iron hydroxide, aluminum hydroxide, etc in a large range of concentration. When it is without acid additive, the LSI can reach as high as 3.0 without scale phenomenon in high salinity water. 2. With efficient scale inhibition performance, it is compatible with aluminum, Iron oxide, Silicon compounds in the inflow water other than contended into insoluble polymer. 3. It can effectively inhibit the polymerization and precipitation of silicon. As to waste water, SiO2 should be less than 300mg/L at concentration side. 4. Strong ability to disperse. By dispersing Blocking particles on the membrane surface, it can keep up the cleaning performance on the reverse osmosis membrane. 5. PH value ranging from 5~10 are available in the inflow water. It can be used in all the major membrane such as reverse osmosis membrane CA and PA, Nanofiltration Membrane and Ultrafiltration membrane, etc. It is free from chlorine or other effects of oxidized bactericide. It can be used in chlorine and sodium bisulfite side of the membrane series.
