Exterior Emulsion paint is a water based and non effective to exterior exposure due to its 100% Acrylic Emulsion Base with extra Silicone to provide excellent durable coating. Application Weather Classic Exterior Emulsion can be applied by Brush, Roller or Spray. Packaging 20ltr, 10ltr, 4ltr & 1ltr Surface Preparation Clean the surface to be paint thoroughly with wire brush to remove dust, dirt & loose particles. Then wash with water jetting. Surface imperfection such as hole, dents, fine cracks are to be repaired with Wall Smoothner or a mixture of White Cement & fine sand (in the ratio of 1:3). For a freshly prepared surface, 3 months are required for curing. For such surfaces apply one coat of Exterior Primer by thinning 1 Liter of Primer with 600 ml. of water. Allow the primer coat to dry for 4 hrs.
