The design of our coilers include a unique "bearing tube" with dual cup and cone Timken bearings and a sturdy cabinet base. Both motorized and pull-off type coils are available, depending on the requirement usage. Standard features and benefits of this coilers include - Manual or hydraulic expansion of the mandrel, Wedge or link type expansion, AC variable speed drives, Hydraulic threading drives, Quick release narrow coil keepers, Loop controls. The decoiler/ uncoiler manufactured by us are used for safe de-coiling of the coils.
