The machining accuracy for the mould can reach 0.01mm, and roughness as Ra 00.8. 5. The dripper manufacture deviation Cu is less than 1%. 6. The deviation factor for dripper flow rate is less than 5%. 7. Mould is designed with 2D/3D drawing 8. Moulds can be designed according to clients request to dripper flow rate, diameter and length. 9. Mould base is from LKM of Shanghai. 10. Mould shot period is 15 to 20 seconds. 11. Water circulation is used for the mould cooling. 12. Subsurface gate is adopted for the mould, thus leading to automatic production.
