Manufactured from high quality cut wire, each particle is cut to a length about equal to its diameter. If required, the particles are conditioned (rounded) to remove the sharp corners produced during the cutting process. Strict Quality procedures are required to be able to manufacture carbon steel cut wire shot meeting all common industry specification as well as many individual customer specifications
- Raw Material is of EXACT Composition without any material defects or HOLES & ***OROSITY
- Due to its Drawing process, the grain size is STABILIZED
