Mole repellers are a great humane way to keep moles away from your garden. Simply insert the product into your lawn and leave it. Its Solar powered so batteries are not required. On even a cloudy winter's day the solar panel will recharge the battery enough to run the unit through the night. The coverage depends on the type of ground you have. For example chalky ground transmits noise more effectively than sand. It's possible to cover up to a 25 metres (82ft) radius. The solar mole repeller has a longer pole (28cm) than most mole repellers. Moles can burrow below ground level so a longer pole is more effective in removing moles from your garden. Do not insert the units amongst the moles this will cause scatter. Use then in the same way a sheepdog herd's sheep. Guide the moles in the intended direction slowly follow molehills with the unit as they move away from it.
