This machine will consist of three systems : (I) PRINCIPLE GRINDING / LAPPING MACHINE : Autopol-II is continuously variable- speed grinding / lapping machine powered by high torque DC motor with electronic D.C. power supply. The machine incorporates water faucet , smooth drainage , tough corrosion resistant bowl. Easily replicable grinding and lapping discs. (II) AUTO POLISHING ARM This Automatic system comprises of low speed reversible motor coupled with and quick change multiple specimen holder. Pneumatically controlled loading system for Constant / uniform load over all the specimen surface . Pneumatic connection / line to be provided by you. (III) SPECIMEN INDEXING / LEVELLING PRESS Unique design helps specimen clamping perfectly parallel to the grinding disc ensuring uniform grinding / lapping .
