This Chain Manufacturing System is available in three variants 1. Single Pitch Chain Manufacturing System 2. Multi Pitch Chain Manufacturing System 3. Multi Pitch Chain Manufacturing with Special Outer Link adoption in different intervals / pitches SINGLE PITCH CHAIN MANUFACTURING SYSTEM This system is designed to produce single pitch chains only. It is built with integrated Pallet conveyor system with 0.05mm positioning accuracy. There are different stations provided in the system to assemble and rivet the chain elements together. All stations are designed and caliberated to deliver the required positioning accuracy and assembly driving requirements. The control panel is provided with 17” LCD color monitor to show the system status at any given point of time. The 7” touch screen with 7”colour graphics LCD provides a very easy navigation through the menu system and a very user friendly control system.
