A screen saving function extends the LCD display life. Ultra bright LEDS are provided for input, output inspection and with convenient indication of the machines operation and machine servicing. A data hardware lock is provided to prevent unauthorized persons from modifying the molding parameter and affecting the machines performance. Through computer setup and PID close loop method, the barrel temperature can be controlled precisely within 399 centigrade. The full sealed electrical cabinet, with dust and water proof functions, has well organized electrical control components and they would not interrupt with each other.
