Characteristics: (1) After the punched laminations get through the pressure roll and sand belt, the burrs are deburred to minimum. (2) In order to ensure the accuracy, there is a wearable pad (belong to wearing parts same with sand belt) on the back of sand belt to prevent friction and avoid overheat. (3) Stepless feed. (4) There is a vibrator to assure the belt against disalignment and grinding evenly, the sand belt service life is improved.
