Hardmetal manufacture a range of manifolds and valve bodies for a variety of pneumatic and hydraulic applications. We primarily serve the Automotive, Marine, Oil and Gas, Aerospace, Cooling and Heating sectors, although our knowledge and capabilities can be applied to a host of different industries. We generally working with Aluminium, Brass, Stainless Steel and Plastic, our focus is on cost reduction through lean manufacturing. We use state of the art machines like the Mori Seiki NL2500SY/700 mill-turn to produce high quality products quickly. For superior performance we manufacture in special carbides for Sub-Sea applications where reliability under extreme pressure is paramount, tolerances, surface finish and material integrity is maintained and guaranteed.
