This simultaneously handles both incoming and outgoing messages and can automatically reply to incoming messages. It has extensive uses in managing communication in educational Institutions, SMEs, Marketing, collection etc. This off-the-shelf solution can be operated with little to no requirement of technical knowledge. Various applications tailored to specific domain requirement are being made available. PCMobile is capable of sending up to 3,70,000 messages per day per modem and it can have multiple modems connected (up to 10 modems). The bulk messages (SMS and Email) can be scheduled to be sent repeatedly at specific date and time. PCMobile software applications can easily import/export data through Excel sheets. Domain specific applications developed using this technology, are reliable and easy to use. The operational cost is minimal and can be controlled.
